Villa and Studio am Meer. Wir haben die Villa mit dem Monovano ( Studio) für zehn Personen gemietet und fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl dort. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, die Küche top und ein riesiger Esstisch drinnen und verschiedene Tische und Plätze draussen sorgen für Gemütlichkeit. Auf den Terasssen kann man wunderbar die Bucht und aufs Meer schauen und sich zwischendurch im glasklaren Wasser abkühlen. Die zwei pratkischen Aussenduschen sind auch oft benutzt worden. Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und trotzdem ist man in 5 Autominuten in Villasimius. In der Umgebung hat es sehr viele schöne Strände. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Claudia N.
Great location and beautiful view. ### English ### I've been together with my girlfriend in the small but fine apartment. The apartment was very clean to our arrival and everything works without any problems. It is everything available what for the holiday is required. A small stove, a microwave oven and even a TV. Though the bath is small, but is also perfect enough. The highlight of the apartment is undoubtedly the legendary terrace with a views you never will forget. Also the location is very good. Villasimius is a nice little place that is also not too touristy. Many thanks to Roberto, the owner of the apartment that he could provide the apartment us still in May. Roberto was very nice and from the initial request until departure everything was quite easily and without any problems. Thank you for this wonderful holiday. ### Deutsch ### Ich bin zusammen mit meiner Freundin in der kleinen, aber feinen Ferienwohnung gewesen. Die Ferienwohnung war zu unserer Ankunft sehr sauber, und alles funktionierte ohne Probleme. Es ist alles vorhanden was für den Urlaub benötigt wird. Ein kleiner Herd, eine Mikrowelle und sogar ein kleiner Fernseher. Das Bad ist klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist unumstritten die sagenhafte Terrasse mit einem Ausblick den man so schnell nicht vergessen wird. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Villasimius ist ein schöner kleiner Ort der auch nicht zu touristisch ist. Viele lieben Dank an Roberto, dem Besitzer der Wohnung, dass er uns die Wohnung noch kurzfristig im Mai zur Verfügung stellen konnte. Roberto war sehr nett und von der ersten Anfrage bis zur Abreise war alles vollkommen unkompliziert und ohne Probleme. Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub. Michael K.
Vacanza indimenticabile. È stata una vacanza davvero splendida… Consiglio questo soggiorno a chi vuole rilassarsi e trascorrere momenti romantici. Il proprietario di casa è una persona molto gentile e disponibile e il Monovano è attrezzato di ogni comfort indispensabile per soggiornare durante la vacanza, è ben arredato, è ben illuminato, pulito, il letto è molto comodo e gli spazi sono ben utilizzati. La casa, ha una vista mozzafiato ineguagliabile sulla splendida baia e sulla spiaggia bianca di Cala Caterina, ha l’accesso diretto al mare e alla spiaggia, e’ anche vicinissima alle altre splendide spiagge di Villasimius e l’unico rumore che si avverte e’ quello del mare, il cui suono ogni notte è come se cantasse una piacevolissima ninna nanna. Le due terrazzine e la veranda del Monovano, oltre ad avere la giusta privacy, guardano dall’alto la baia e sono fronte tramonto, che trasforma in momenti unici l’aperitivo e la cena. Ciò non vuole dire che il momento della colazione e del pranzo siano da meno...anzi. Il bagno della casa non è grande ma è molto ben organizzato. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del soggiorno e abbiamo passato una settimana indimenticabile. Peccato aver trascorso solo una settimana... Alessio T.
Vacanza indimenticabile in un posto magico. Il monovano è stata una scelta meravigliosa per trascorre le nostre vacanze nel mese di Aprile. L'appartamento è assolutamente perfetto, dotato di tutti i comfort e arredato con gusto. La posizione è straordinaria e la vista che si può godere dalla terrazza sulla splendida baia di Cala Caterina è impagabile. Wonderful week. Very friendly host, Roberto was very welcoming and responsive. The view over the turqoise blue sparkling Cala Caterina from the terraces of the flat is absolutely spectacular. The secluded beach is beautiful with its unique rock formations in and out of the water. We appreciated the access via the sunheated rock formation, to keep clean of the sand coming back after swimming. The sweetwater outside shower under the Hybiscus was perfect! The flat kept refreshingly cool even during lunch hours despite the high temperatures outside. Roland P.

Fantastic place wir hatten eine schöne, erholsame Woche in der kleinsten angebotenen Wohnung. Wir wurden herzlich und freundlich am Anreisetag begrüßt. Die Einrichtung ist hell und freundlich, die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und sauber.Die kleine Sandbucht direkt unterhalb der Wohnung konnte nach einer kurzen Kletterpartie über die Steine gut erreicht werden. Wunderbare Lage. Hatten schon vor der Anreise netten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Die Wohnung war Super sauber. Alles wie beschrieben. Eine geniale Lage und ein wunderbarer Ausblick zu jeder Tageszeit. Zum Strand ein paar Treppen nach unten oder 10 min. Fußmarsch an die Ostseite der Insel mit der Lagune und den Flamingos. Einfach ein perfekter Urlaub. Vielen Dank nochmal an Roberto. Dieter L.
Beautiful! The “Villetta Cala Caterina” was perfect! It was roomy, breezy and clean. Even during the hottest days the temperatures inside stayed cool, so we did not even have to once use the air-conditioning. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed; we even had 3 different sizes moka coffee makers, that made us really happy since we love coffee! We put the grill on the terrace to some good use! Bought fresh fish from the market in Villasimius and prepared the dinner on the terrace in no time. Not at last we want to thank Roberto and his parents for their hospitality. The booking process was very very easy as well, Roberto was very prompt to respond to our emails. Even though we were late upon our arrival, and Roberto’s parents had to wait for us almost one hour, they greeted us with warm and friendly smiles. Italian hospitality at its best! The place is really nice,... The place is really nice, and the house was very comfortable. We've stayed one week in this Villa and one week in the other.. and we've really enjoyed it! Great beaches around, the town is friendly, and the owners very helpful! Alex C.
Wonderful experience. We were a group of 6 individuals with a young baby and found the Villetta excellent and safe for children. It was very clean and high-quality, with all the equipment we required, including a good kitchen and BBQ in the balcony which made evening meals joyous. Villetta Cala Caterina is attached to the bigger Villa Cala Caterina and a Studio that makes it handy for larger groups of people. Both villas and the studio are set at the top of a cliff in the same position to the waterfront (only 25 meters from the water so you can hear the sea during the night). The view is spectacular. No photo can do justice to what you see from the balcony, especially at the sunset. There is an easy access to the well-kept beach below the villas where we spent many happy hours relaxing on the sand. With rented cars, we found the centre of town and nearby amenities (including restaurants, shops, and a golf course) all within short driving distances. The villa owners are extremely friendly and helpful. We definitely plan to return with a bigger number of people and would highly recommend the villas! Mona N.
Unforgettable holiday. We enjoyed two weeks vacation in this apartment and would very much like to have stayed longer. The two weeks we spent with two children and we enjoyed every day. The apartment, the water, the ambience, the view, the quiet environment and the gentle breeze were just wonderful. No mass tourism, but very individual and relaxed. This is what holiday should be like in our opinion. The apartment has everything you need to spend a perfect holiday. In addition, the apartment was a perfect place to explore the island every day. Roberto was a super host. It was very easy to communicate with him during the entire process of booking, checking in and out. He left us also a collection of helpful notes about places where to go to eat and a helpful boat rental place. But the most amazing thing about Roberto’s Villetta is the view. Splendid! Better than in pictures, breathtaking! The interior of the house is also fantastic. Very clean and stylish with everything we needed. It was a pleasure to cook in the new renovated and well-equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay there again! Sandra. M.
Stunning place. La Villetta Cala Caterina, nella quale siamo stati ospiti per una settimana, ha una vista davvero eccezionale sul Mediterraneo... Pochi passi ci permettono di scendere in una piccola spiaggia di sabbia bianca, mai troppo affollata. Inoltre, la casa è completamente in linea con le foto, molto pulita, ben arredata ed ha 3 camere da letto, un piccolo soppalco con un letto singolo e 2 bagni. Roberto, molto affascinante, ci ha accolti a braccia aperte sotto il sole canoro della Sardegna ed era sempre accessibile e disponibile per rispondere a tutte le nostre domande. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana incredibile. Alcune camminate molto piacevoli sono possibili dalla Villetta prendendo i bei percorsi lungo il mare !!! Simon P.
Vacanza memorabile. Siamo stai ospiti per una settimana nella Villetta di Roberto a Cala Caterina - Villasimius. Eravamo 2 famiglie, 4 adulti e 3 ragazzi. La casa e’ pulita, in ottime condizioni, con un arredamento moderno e gradevole, silenziosa di notte e con l’aria condizionata. C’e’ un barbecue in terrazzo ed una comoda una doccia esterna. Si può mangiare in terrazzo e godersi il tramonto sulla bellissima baia di CALA CATERINA. La vista dalla Villetta è davvero mozzafiato sull’intera Cala ed il mare è raggiungibile direttamente dalla casa attraverso una scala. Si può poi decidere se restare sugli scogli piatti sotto casa o spostarsi sulla adiacente spiaggia di sabbia bianca di CALA CATERINA. Roberto ci ha accolti al check-in e ci ha dato tutti i consigli sui migliori locali e ristoranti della zona. Roberto molto professionale e, se necessario, sempre a disposizione durante tutto il soggiorno. Esperienza bellissima!!! Enrico P.
Amazing, the beach was like private. Amazing, the beach was like private. We stayed for one week at this amazing Villa. We were two families with 2 kids each. The location of the house exceeded all our expectations. The view over the bay was stunning! The beach was accessible via a path over some flat rocks, but that made the stay of the children even more exciting. Within 5 minutes by car, we found some other beaches, one of them was really long and beautiful, there were cafes and water sport facilities. However, the children preferred the beach below the house, as in their words the beach was like private. The owner of the house welcomed us very warmly and had prepared a lot of information about the nearby shops, restaurants, etc. In the village Villasimius there were plenty of good restaurants and shops. We liked the surroundings so much, that we did not feel like going anywhere else in Sardinia for sightseeing. We spent a wonderful week and we will definitely go back again! Maria S.
Super Haus direkt in einer Bucht. Wir (5 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) verbrachten zwei Wochen während der Pfingstferien in diesem Haus. Seit acht Jahren kamen wir nun ununterbrochen nach Sardinien und hatten diverse Häuser im Süden und im Norden gemietet. Das Haus in Cala Caterina war für uns ideal. Das Haus liegt am Hang mit direktem Zugang zur kleinen Bucht und dem offenen Meer. Es verfügt über diverse hauseigenen Terrassen auf verschiedenen Ebenen, mehreren Außenduschen, einer großzügigen und fest gebauten Grillstelle, einer steinernen Bar, einem voll funktionstüchtigen Steinbackofen. Da wir selbst ausgiebig kochen, kam uns die schön gestaltete und gut ausgestattete Wohnküche sehr entgegen. Auch wenn der Wind stärker wurde, konnten wir im gut eingerichteten Esszimmer gemütliche Abende verbringen, ohne uns eingeengt zu fühlen. Bei schönem Wetter genossen wir jede Mahlzeit auf der Terrasse mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Bucht und den Sonnuntergang hinter den Bergen in Richtung Cagliari. Die Lage des Hauses ist kaum zu toppen. Die Bucht verfügt über einen Sandstrand zum direkten Losschwimmen und Steine zum Klettern und Schnorcheln. Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind zweckmäßig und wirklich ausreichend. Besonders anmerken wollen wir, dass die Sauberkeit des Hauses hervorragend war. Hier zeigt sich, dass das Haus im Winter von den Eigentümern selbst genutzt wird. Wir hatten in früheren Jahren oftmals rein vermietete Häuser, deren Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig ließen. Der Hauseigentümer ist gut zu erreichen. Er kümmert sich unkompliziert um alle Dinge, die mit dem Haus zu tun haben. Die Nähe zu Villasimius, zum Hafen, zur Lagune, den Geschäften und Bars, zu Supermärkten und auch zu den schönen Stränden ist perfekt. Wer kleine Spaziergänge nicht scheut, kann diese sogar zu Fuß erreichen. Wir konnten diesmal auf lange Fahrten verzichten. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus mit einer Höchstpunktzahl gerne weiter. Es war bisher eines der schönsten und idealsten Häuser, die wir auf Sardinien hatten. Patrick S.

Comfort e relax. Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 persone in questo Monovano per una settimana. Posizione incantevole situato a 5 min di auto da Villasimius in una zona tranquilla e curata. Il Monovano è molto fresco, piccolino ma perfetto e dotato di tutti i servizi necessari. Unica la vista sul mare e i tramonti mozzafiato che ti permettono di rilassati in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Fantastico. Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare per una settimana in questo splendido Monovano ed è stata un a esperienza splendida. Capita sempre più spesso di trovare in internet annunci che poi non corrispondono realmente al soggetto descritto, ma in questo caso non posso far altro che complimentarmi e ringraziare il proprietario Roberto per averci permesso di vivere una esperienza davvero bellissima. A chi almeno una volta non piacerebbe vivere in una casa a pochi passi dal mare, che si affaccia su una splendida cala e dove è possibile gustarsi una cena scaldati dalle luci del tramonto? La casa è curatissima nei minimi particolari e arredata con gusto, dispone di qualsiasi comfort oltre che di una piacevolissima doccia all’aperto.... Casa Ospitale in Sardegna e Cala magnifica. La Villetta ed il Monovano erano molto puliti e ben arredati. La posizione permette una visione straordinaria del mare, che cambia colore ed è sempre bellissimo. Ogni ora del giorno invita ad un bagno , una lettura, una chiacchierata, un pranzo o cena sulla terrazza. Sognavamo di non dover prendere la macchina per fare il bagno e così è stato...solo qualche gradino! Roberto ci ha consigliato luoghi bellissimi da visitare. Ho consigliato a miei amici questa splendida posizione e ci pensiamo fortemente per l'anno prossimo. Peter T.
Confortevole e romantico con il fruscio delle onde. La casa ha tutto, era molto pulita ed arredata con freschezza marina. Si mangia sul terrazzino, si prende il sole sul terrazzino sottostante e ci si immerge nel mare poco più sotto...Wow !!! Roberto con la sua compagna sono ospitali e molto accoglienti . Amazing house and holiday. What a wonderful place to stay! Million dollar views and access to a fairly secluded beach with turquoise water, what else does one need. The home is wonderfully updated with everything one needs for the stay.Nice new kitchen, lots of space to spread out, very clean everywhere, walk to beach and water access from the house. Having access to BBQ is great to grill some fresh fish and eat it on the balcony overlooking a fabulous sunset with some local wine....Take me back now, please. It is located at the tip of the peninsula near Villasimius, so the house is super quite. Villasimius is close by for access to restaurants, shops and other beaches. We have stayed here twice and can't wait to go back and working with Roberto is awesome. He is friendly, flexible and is very responsive to everything that is needed. I cannot wait to get back there. È stata una vacanza super... È stata una vacanza splendida. La casa gode di una vista ineguagliabile. La casa ha una magnifica terrazza che guarda dall'alto l’intera Baia di Cala Caterina e la Spiaggia. La colazione, il pranzo, nonché l'aperitivo davanti al tramonto e la cena, diventano momenti davvero unici. La villetta è attrezzata di ogni comfort ed è funzionale per ogni tipo di esigenza. Consiglio questo soggiorno a chi vuole davvero rilassarsi, perché la villa è vicinissima anche ad altre splendide spiagge ed ha un panorama mozzafiato dove l'unico rumore che si avverte è quello del mare. Una pace ed una vista incomparabili! Il nostro soggiorno presso la Villa Cala Caterina è stato veramente Appagante . La casa è accogliente e molto pulita, dotata di ogni comfort ed è arredata con gusto e con tocchi di artigianato sardo . La vista su Cala Caterina è senza uguali e la disponibilità del proprietario di casa è stata speciale. Indimenticabili le cene al tramonto ed il suono delle onde in lontananza. Infatti la casa è situata vicinissimo al mare cristallino ed incontaminato di Cala Caterina , una delle più belle della zona e sicuramente la più tranquilla e meno frequentata . Consiglio a chi voglia rigenerarsi questo splendido angolo di Sardegna, che anche i nostri figli adolescenti hanno apprezzato appieno! Elena N.
Villa meravigliosa. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido posto un mese. E’' stato davvero super. Villa arredata con gusto, molto grande, dispone 4 camere da letto, un soggiorno e una grandissima cucina. la bella terrazza dove poi pranzare e cenare. Dalla terrazza si gode una vista incantevole. Wonderful. We spent a magnificent week in cala caterina. The appartment was very pleasant, clean, functional, well-equipped. It was perfect for two persons. The bathroom is small, but completely sufficient. The most important thing for this apartment is undoubtedly its view. It was just magic to spend time on the terrace and enjoy the view and the sea. La casa ha una posizione unica. La casa ha una posizione meravigliosa sulla baia di Cala Caterina, con tramonti indimenticabili, spiaggia bianca e acqua trasparente. E' possibile fare delle escursioni anche a piedi nelle spiagge vicine. Il paesaggio è stupendo. La casa è molto pulita e il proprietario molto disponibile e gentile. Le camere sono luminose ed i letti sono molto comodi. Grazie ai due bagni, al grande salone/cucina, alla terrazza con l''accesso diretto al mare si può vivere la casa comodamente anche in sei persone. Dal punto di vista delle attrezzature la casa è fornita dell'indispensabile per soggiornare durante la vacanza: barbecue, lavatrice, stoviglie... Very stunning holiday destination. We (2 adults, 1 child) enjoyed our stay at the Villetta Cala Caterina very much. The house was very clean, the interior practical and tasteful, the kitchen well equipped. The view from the covered terrace is absolutely stunning! The small sandy cove with clear water can be reached over a public footpath/stairs or directly by climbing over the rocks at the bottom of the flat. Other beautiful beaches are nearby within a short driving distance. The area was quiet and well looked after. The owner was helpful and always very friendly. We would love to come back! Rogers H.
Vacanza da ricordare. Io e la mia famiglia (composta da 2 bambini+2 adulti) abbiamo trascorso una vacanza in pieno relax soggiornando per 9 giorni nella Villetta Cala Caterina. La casa è a picco sul mare, con il rumore delle onde blu che ti accompagnano durante la giornata e con il riflesso della luna sul mare dopo il tramonto. Una bella cartolina di questa vacanza che ricorderemo per molto tempo. L'appartamento è grande, luminoso e arredato con gusto e, soprattutto, molto pulito. La Villetta è inserita in un contesto tranquillo ma allo stesso tempo molto comodo per raggiungere sia le spiagge di Villasimius sia il centro del paese. Lo consigliamo vivamente. Riccardo B.
Spectacular place with amazing views. We have been many times in Sardinia and also in many different places but this is probably one of the most beautiful place we have ever been with perfect location, amazing views - what a sunsets! few steps down to private beach, close to the Villasimius port and Porto Giunco. Apartment itself is well equiped with everything you need, and both Roberto and his father Bruno are very friendly and helpfull hosts. I will really recommend this place to anyone who love peace, views and a good sleep 😉 Artur W.
Fantastica la posizione ed ottimo il monolocale! Posizione veramente unica per un soggiorno di mare e relax. Splendida vista sulla baia ed il mare cristallino. Monolocale ben curato, molto pulito e ben attrezzato (sia all'interno con stoviglie ed utensili da cucina, che all'esterno con tavolo, sedie, sdraio). Molto comoda la doccia esterna. Oltre all'accesso diretto alla baia è ben posizionato anche per raggiungere altre spiagge, nonché il centro di Villasimius in pochi minuti di auto. Ottima accoglienza da parte del proprietario e molto preziosi i consigli relativi a ristoranti e negozi della zona. Assolutamente da consigliare! Cristiano C.
Beautiful house with a fantastic view. We have been to the villa mid of October for one week with 4 adults and 2 children. We did enjoy our stay very much. The house is well equipped and gives all the comfort you may need. It is a good place to relax and to enjoy life. From several terraces you have a fantastic view to the sea, the sun set and mountains, great. The house and all the area are well-kept and made with love. The direct access to the sea and beach is very nice. Roberto did welcome us very kind. Check-in and check-out was very very easy. We can highly recommend this house. Casa incantevole con terrazza sul Paradiso. Vacanza da sogno sotto ogni punto di vista. Casa molto carina, dotata di tutti i comfort, perfetta per due/tre persone e soprattutto pulitissima. Proprietario super affidabile, estremamente gentile e molto attento alle esigenze degli ospiti ed alla cura della casa. Basta affidarsi completamente alle sue indicazioni per avere una vacanza fantastica. La sensazione appena arrivati è che le foto, per quanto belle, fossero riduttive rispetto allo spettacolo che si stava aprendo ai nostri occhi. Cala Caterina si è rivelata essere la più bella cala nei dintorni di Villasimius, per cui superflua ogni altra escursione. Il mare è visibile da ogni angolo della casa, fantastica la doccia esterna, l'accesso diretto in spiaggia e molto comodo il doppio terrazzo dotato sia di solarium che di parte ombreggiante con tavolino. Vacanze che restano nel cuore, non ci sono parole per ringraziare il gentilissimo Roberto. Torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissima!!! Simona P.
Unser Traumurlaub in Cala Caterina. Wir sind für eine Woche Ende Mai in der Ferienwohnung von Roberto gewesen. Als erstes würden wir uns gerne bei Roberto für den tollen Urlaub in seiner Ferienwohnung bedanken. Er hat uns mit allen wichtigen Informationen und auch darüber hinaus mit tollen Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Freizeitaktivitäten versorgt. Die ganze Abwicklung verlief total unkompliziert und superfreundlich. Es war ein wirklich wunderbarer Urlaub dort. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ca. 3 Autominuten von Villasimius entfernt in einer Sackgasse, daher ist es dort wirklich sehr sehr ruhig. Das Apartment liegt an einem Hang sodass sich ein atemberaubender Blick auf die Bucht von Cala Caterina von der Terrasse eröffnet. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren wirklich ein Traum. Es war alles sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Über der Wohnung befindet sich ein weiteres Apartment. Es war den ganzen Urlaub über angenehm kühl in der Wohnung was wir vor allem nachts sehr genossen haben. Von der eigenen Terrasse kann man über eine Steintreppe hinunter zum Meer und von dort über die Felsen ins glasklare Wasser. Rechts neben den Felsen ist zudem ein Sandstrand, welchen man mit ein paar Schwimmzügen leicht erreichen kann. Im naheliegendem Hafen (Marina) kann man lecker Essen gehen, das nötigste in einem Mini-Supermarkt einkaufen oder Bootstouren machen. Auch dort am besten den Empfehlungen von Roberto nachgehen 😉 Da wir einen Mietwagen hatten, konnten wir auch in die Umgebung erkunden und haben viele traumhafte Strände an der Costa Rei oder dem Golfo di Orosei gesehen. Cagliari, von wo aus wir geflogen sind, war rund eine Autostunde entfernt. Der Ort ist ebenfalls ein interessantes Ausflugsziel. Besonders die Altstadt hat ein besonderes Flair. Alles in allem können wir die Ferienwohnung nur jedem weiterempfehlen. Die Lage, die Wohnung selbst als auch Roberto waren einfach klasse und haben unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Roberto, vielen vielen Dank nochmal für alles! Falls wir noch ein weiteres Mal nach Sardinien reisen, werden wir uns sicherlich wieder bei dir melden 😊 F&K
Really a great vacation. We stayed in this apartment in May. The house is exactly like it appears in the pictures, while the view is still much better! A very convenient place , thanks above all to the presence of a beach at the foot of the hill. (In 1 minutes you can swim in a wonderful bay!) The house has all it needs and perfect for maximum three people . The owner is kind and helpful. Really a great vacation. Alexander B.
Bellissimo! Très belle vue depuis la location. La vue est extraordinaire.Baie tranquille avec une mer bleue turquoise. Coucher de soleil digne des îles paradisiaques. La côte est riche de nombreuses plages toutes plus belles.Le centre de Villasimius est à deux minutes en voiture. L'accueil de Roberto est très agréable.Des conseils sur les sites à visiter et les bons restaurants. Sur les conseils de Roberto nous avons fait une ballade en mer inoubliable.Au port de Villasimius Enrico nous a pris en charge et nous a fait découvrir la côte en bateau pour finir avec un bain en pleine mer entourés de poissons bleus. Un moment magique ! Nous conseillons cette location et garderons un excellent souvenir Merci Roberto pour votre amabilité. Patrick P.
Come in barca! Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana nella Villetta Cala Caterina che si affaccia proprio sul mare. La casa è molto curata, pulita, ben accessoriata, insomma tutto davvero corrispondente alle nostre aspettative. Proprietario gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione con consigli sui ristoranti e le spiagge della zona. Ottima accoglienza e super relax ! Isa S.
Vacanza indimenticabile. Siamo stati ospiti nella villetta fronte mare di Cala Caterina a Villasimius. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana bellissima! La villetta ha una vista mozzafiato sul tramonto, davvero unico ed incantevole. Dalla terrazza, perfettamente abitabile - (ha un tavolo con sette posti ed ulteriore spazio per due sedie a sdraio) - si vede l'intera baia di Cala Caterina, la spiaggia di sabbia bianca ed il mare dai colori dall'azzurro chiarissimo al blu profondo. La notte si sente il rumore del mare anche nelle stanze da letto. Facile l'accesso al mare e alla rinomata spiaggia di Cala Caterina. Comoda e pratica la nuovissima cucina che ci ha consentito di pranzare e cenare quasi sempre in casa anche con ospiti affamati! Indimenticabili le colazioni fatte con la mia famiglia sulla terrazza che gode di una bellissima vista sulla baia e sulla spiaggia. Abbiamo utilizzato persino la griglia in terrazzo per un ottima grigliata di pesce! Siamo stati molto bene e contiamo proprio di ritornarci molto presto! Grazie Roberto! Paola e company
Bellissima casa e indimenticabile vacanza. La villetta fronte mare si affaccia sulla meravigliosa ed esclusiva baia di Cala Caterina. La nostra abitazione era bella e ricca di tutti i comfort necessari per passare una bella e rilassante vacanza al mare. La cucina è nuovissima, fornita di tutto il necessario, facile da pulire, confortevole, con un grande frigo e una buona lavastoviglie. Tutti gli elettrodomestici erano nuovissimi. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nell’abitazione per una settimana nel mese di Aprile e tutti i giorni eravamo felici di svegliarci in un posto così speciale come questo. L’accesso alla spiaggia di sabbia bianca di Cala Caterina è a soli 25 metri e vi si accede molto agevolmente tramite una piccola scalinata. La baia di Cala Caterina offre tutto quello che si desidera, anche come fondale, si hanno infatti, sia rocce piatte che sabbia e una splendida ambientazione subacquea. Punto forte a mio parere è il patio esterno della casa che regala la possibilità di fare colazione, di pranzare e di cenare all'esterno con una vista davvero mozzafiato sul Tramonto e su tutta l’esclusiva Baia di Cala Caterina, che ogni sera è sempre più speciale. Le stanze sono tutte molto luminose e i letti davvero molto comodi. Roberto, il proprietario, è estremamente gentile, disponibile e dispensa ottimi consigli su dove andare a cena o a far la spesa etc. Noi abbiamo seguito tutti i suoi consigli e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene in ogni posto che ci ha consigliato. Insomma un posto dove trascorrere volentieri un altra vacanza e che consigliamo vivamente. Carla. P.
Traumhaus in Traumumgebung. Nachdem ich sehr viele Ferienhäuser auf Sardinien gesichtet hatte war dieses in der engeren Auswahl. Ursprünlich wollten wir gar nicht in den Südosten reisen, aber ein sehr nettes Telefonat mit dem Eigentümer hat uns letztendlich überzeugt und nicht enttäuscht. Im Gegenteil wir sind dankbar, dass wir einige Tage an diesem besonderm Platz verbringen durften. Die Villa, welche wir angemietet hatten liegt wirklich sehr schön in einer exclusiven ursprünglichen Bucht. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und persönlich ausgestattet und bietet viel Raum. Besonders ansprechend sind die dazugehörigen drei Terassenplätze auf verschiedenen Ebenen. Der Sonnenuntergang ist auf der schon fast Ostseite ein wahrer Luxus. In der Umgebung befinden sich viele schöne Strände unteranderem Villasimius einer der schönsten Strände Sardiniens, der wenn man den Weg kennt in 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen ist oder in 5 min mit dem Auto, wobei ein Auto absolut empfehlenswert ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit und gibt persönlicheTipps für die Umgebung. Wir können diese Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und wünschen allen einen so schönen Urlaub wie wir ihn dort hatten. After I had seen a lot of holiday houses in Sardinia this was in the narrow selection. Originally we did not want to travel to the southeast, but a very nice telephone call with the owner convinced us ultimately and not disappointed. On the contrary, we are grateful that we were allowed to spend a few days at this special place. The Villa, which we had rented is really very nice in an exclusive original bay. The house is tastefully and personally furnished and offers a lot of space. Particularly attractive are the three terraces on different levels. The sunset is on the already almost east side a true luxury. In the surrounding are many beautiful beaches among other Villasimius one of the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia, if you know the way in 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car, a car is recommendable. The Owner is very symphatic, helpful and gives personal tips for the area. We can highly recommend this house and wish everyone a great holiday as we had there. katharina M.
Quando la realtà supera le aspettative. Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in due famiglie con figli per un totale di 9 persone in questa magnfica villa a picco sul mare della baia di Santa Caterina.Una volta parcheggiato nel parcheggio riservato abbiamo dimenticato immediatamente il mondo circostante e goduto di tutto ciò che la villa può offrire: interni arredati con gusto e confort , una serie di terrazze degradanti sul mare, un angolo bar dove organizzare aperitivi al tramonto e soprattutto un accesso privato al mare della riserva naturale di Capo Carbonara in cui potrete nuotare insieme a magnifici pesci. Abbiamo goduto veramente il mare dalla A alla Z. Siamo toscani ed abitiamo nelle colline di Siena , siamo quindi abituati alla bellezza ma questa è veramente abbagliante. Una nota dolente è stata la lacrima versata alla fine del soggiorno. Il proprietario Roberto si è rivelato un perfetto Gentleman merce rara oggigiorno. Massimo M.
A perfect place to unwind. What a marvellous place: situated on one of the hills defining the little bay Roberto´s villa offers a magnificent view on the sea and on spectacular sunsets. In reality the place is even more beautiful as the pictures on the website indicate. We, a group of four adults and four teenagers, stayed at Villa Cala Caterina during the first two weeks of August. Even then there were only little people at the shore which nearly gave us the impression of having a private beach. The water is clean, refreshing but not cold and perfectly blue. Roberto is a very friendly and nice host who responded to our questions and whishes immediately and made us feel comfortable and welcome. The house is very clean and offers a really good standard, the spacious terraces surrounding the building face the sea and sun sets. They offer enough room for a group of eight persons but also provide the possibility to retreat. We liked the house a lot. We enjoyed the Mediterranean feeling the terraces gave us. As the stairs leading to the beach are quite steep and the beach next to the house is quite rocky it might be difficult to access the sea for handicapped people. As the next grocery store is at the near harbor or in Villasimius we recommend to rent a car. In walking distance from the house you find the “Ragno blue” a wonderful restaurant offering delicious seafood. We had a wonderfull holiday in Villa Cala Caterina and warmly recommend the house. Perfect Villa. We had a perfect stay. The villa has everything you need: For great cooking, for relaxation, for day trips. Villasimius has great beaches and good restaurants. Roberto is a very nice host and highly recommendable! We were two families with 5 little kids and everything went fine. Roberto was very caring and organized a baby bed and chair. In short: Nothing to complain about! Thank a lot Roberto for a wonderful time! Peter K.
Rocambolesco. We loved the week we had at this Villa. My wife and I and our two kids won't forget the holiday we had there. We had an amazing week on the beach and in the sea, right in front of the villa. The Villa itself is clean, has all the right amenities and has some beautiful rooms to admire the views. It has a great barbecue for cooking the superb local fish. Its in a nice quiet area- with only the sound of the sea at night. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. Roberto said it was nice - he was right. We hope to return soon. Will M.
